Welcome to Local Kids Guide ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Local Kids Guide website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity ("Organization"), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that Organization, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

If you are creating an account for an Organization, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that Organization.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Local Kids Guide provides a platform for discovering and booking activities for children. As a parent or guardian:

• You are solely responsible for supervising your child's participation in any activity discovered through our Service.
• You acknowledge that we do not provide the activities ourselves but connect you with third-party activity providers.
• You agree to review all information provided by activity providers, including their own terms and policies, before booking or participating in any activity.
• You are responsible for ensuring that activities are appropriate for your child's age, abilities, and needs.

4. Content Guidelines

Our Service may allow you to post, upload, or submit content such as reviews, comments, and other materials. You retain ownership of such content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
• Violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Is inappropriate for a service focused on children's activities

5. Activity Listings and Bookings

Local Kids Guide connects users with third-party activity providers. We strive to ensure that all activity listings are accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.

When you book an activity through our Service:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the activity provider, subject to their terms and conditions.
• We do not become a party to or other participant in any contractual relationship between you and the activity provider.
• We are not acting as an agent for any activity provider.
• You are responsible for complying with all terms set by the activity provider, including payment terms and cancellation policies.

6. Safety and Security

While we strive to list reputable activity providers, we cannot guarantee the safety, quality, or appropriateness of any activity. We strongly recommend that you:

• Research any activity provider before booking
• Read reviews from other parents and guardians
• Verify the safety measures and qualifications of the activity provider
• Accompany your children to activities when appropriate

Local Kids Guide is not responsible for the conduct of any activity provider or participant.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We take special precautions with any personal information related to children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Local Kids Guide is committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Service is directed primarily at parents, guardians, and activity providers—not directly at children under 13.

• Any content obtained from our Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or transmissions

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
